Social Emotional Learning (SEL), often referred to as Character Development, is widely recognized as a significant area of need in both education and the workplace. MEET YOUR COACH

Chester brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a proven track record of helping teens and young adults succeed. He has served as a middle school Science and Math Teacher, a high school Marketing Teacher, an Intervention and Prevention Specialist, a Coordinator of Student Services, and a high school Assistant Principal. Outside his regular responsibilities, he became a Qualified Mental Health Counselor, a certified Academic Life Coach, an Olweus Bullying Prevention Coach, and a published author.

Chester has dedicated his career to helping young people reach their fullest potential by offering practical guidance, encouragement, and personalized support. Known for his calm, caring approach and sound advice, he has a unique ability to connect with young people and achieve lasting results. He is excited to bring his experience and expertise to Hampton Roads, VA, and beyond, continuing his mission to guide youth toward success.
